Can pets go on holiday?

Certainly! Dogs are welcome on all pitches and in selected accommodations (recognisable by the dog icon).

What time can I check in and out?

- Accommodations: Check-in from 16:00, check-out before 10:00.

- Pitches: Check-in between 12:00 and 23:00, check-out before 12:00.

What is included in the price?

Your stay includes bed linen and towels (except at Papillon Country Resort), final cleaning, water, electricity, entertainment, swimming pool, parking space, kitchen inventory, heating, and Wi-Fi.

Can I park my car or motorcycle at the accommodation?

You can load and unload at the accommodation, but you must park in the designated parking area. This keeps the park safe and pleasant.

How can I change my reservation?

Want to make any changes? Send an email to info@vacanzecolcuore.com. Changes are possible up to 15 days before arrival, according to the booking conditions. We are happy to help you!
